I loved this first trimester tea!! It was so nice sipping on a cup in the morning in those early weeks and truly helped keep my nausea at bay. Loved the flavor too! Honestly, I will keep drinking this in the evenings too for a calming nighttime drink, for the remainder of my pregnancy. 10/10 tea

Best labor and recovery

I drank Nora Nourish tea for a majority of my pregnancy. My labor and postpartum recovery this time around does not even compare to my other two. My labor was quicker, contractions were more productive, my bleeding postpartum has been way less, etc. So thankful!

This postpartum tea is absolutely incredible! As a mom, it’s rare to find something that feels both comforting and truly supportive of recovery. The blend is soothing, flavorful, and packed with ingredients that help replenish and restore. I love that it’s made by a fellow mama who understands what we go through postpartum. Every sip feels like a hug! Highly recommend to new moms or anyone wanting a nourishing tea ritual.

I’ve tried a ton of different NORA teas or pregnancy teas from other brands and this is just by far the best and most superior tea I’ve had! I have disliked previous NORA teas in the past and they just weren’t good. This was AMAZING. I am so looking forward to drinking this the rest of my pregnancy and into postpartum.

i can speak to the gut-wrenching, soul-crushing loss of pregnancy. by the time my appetite returned, all i wanted was a truly delicious and high-quality cup of tea--and bonus points if that tea had some healing properties. i'm so grateful to have come across mama bear. i feel comforted every time i have a cup of this tea. those who have experienced loss may understand this, but there is something healing about knowing this tea saw me on my darkest days--and is now holding me as the clouds lift and as i continue to heal. i will absolutely be a returning customer.
