Make a cup:
Pour 8 oz hot water over 1-2 tbsp herbs. Steep 15-30 minutes.
Herbal infusion directions:
Mix 1/2 cup - 1 cup tea with 2 quarts of boiling water. Steep until mixture comes to room temperature or overnight. Then strain the herbs and mix in your favorite sweetener and some lemon. Sip through the day.
