Nettle Leaf is rich in vitamins and minerals that can help replenish the body's nutrient stores after childbirth. Its high iron content may address postpartum anemia and stimulate milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Moreover, its anti-inflammatory properties may aid in postpartum healing, help reduce water retention and swelling, and regulate hormonal fluctuations in the postpartum period.

Oatstraw is nutrient-rich, containing vitamins and minerals that can nourish and support postpartum recovery. Make a cup:
Pour 8 oz hot water over 1-2 tbsp herbs. Steep 15-30 minutes.

Herbal infusion directions:
Mix 1/2 cup - 1 cup tea with 2 quarts of boiling water. Steep until mixture comes to room temperature or overnight. Then strain the herbs and mix in your favorite sweetener and some lemon. Sip through the day.
