Red Raspberry Leaf may assist in toning and strengthening the uterus, potentially reducing postpartum bleeding and promoting faster healing. Its hormonal balancing effects may also help stabilize mood swings and emotional changes after childbirth. Additionally, it is a good source of vitamins and minerals, which can replenish the body's nutrient stores after childbirth, and may support milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Its anti-inflammatory properties may aid in reducing inflammation and promoting healing after childbirth.

Nettle Leaf is rich in vitamins and minerals that can help replenish the body's nutrient stores after childbirth. Its high iron content may address postpartum anemia and stimulate milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Moreover, its anti-inflammatory properties may aid in postpartum healing, help reduce water retention and swelling, and regulate hormonal fluctuations in the postpartum period.

Oatstraw is nutrient-rich, containing vitamins and minerals that can nourish and support postpartum recovery. Known for its calming properties, it may promote relaxation and alleviate stress and anxiety during the postpartum period. Oatstraw is also believed to have galactagogue properties, stimulating milk production in breastfeeding mothers, and provides gentle digestive support that can be helpful during postpartum recovery. Its anti-inflammatory properties may aid in reducing inflammation and promoting healing in the postpartum period.

Moringa is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which can replenish the body's nutrient stores after childbirth. It is believed to have galactagogue properties that may stimulate milk production in breastfeeding mothers, and its anti-inflammatory properties may aid in reducing inflammation and promoting healing after childbirth. Moringa may also improve energy levels and combat postpartum fatigue due to its high nutrient content, support the body's immune system during the postpartum recovery period with its immune-boosting properties, and help balance hormones and support hormonal fluctuations that can occur after childbirth.

Hibiscus flower offers a deep red hue to the blend while contributing a subtly sweet and sour flavor. It is abundant in vitamin C, aiding in tissue repair, and is recognized as another herb known for its galactagogue properties. It assists in reducing swelling, in part due to its mild diuretic effects. It also possesses a gentle laxative quality, which proves beneficial post-birth to prevent straining during bowel movements. It offers cooling, antioxidant properties and plays a role in modulating the immune system by enhancing its balance. The polysaccharides and mucilage found in Hibiscus serve to envelop and shield inflamed mucosal tissue, thereby promoting healing for issues such as tears, sore nipples, and hemorrhoids.

Ginger is a warming root. It serve as a digestive aid, helping alleviate common discomforts like bloating, nausea, and indigestion. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce postpartum pain and muscle soreness. Ginger contains antioxidants that can support your body's recovery and boost your immune system. Some studies suggest that ginger may have galactagogue properties, potentially aiding in increasing milk supply for breastfeeding mothers. Ginger also helps regulate hormones and improve hormonal balance, which is particularly beneficial during the postpartum period.Ginger can provide a natural energy boost and support mood regulation, helping combat postpartum fatigue and mood swings.
