Raw Whipped Honey

Björn's Raw Whipped Honey is great for people who enjoy creamed honey. Our production process is based on Swedish traditions, and this honey will never change consistency as the natural crystallization process has already taken place. It can be said that Swedes typically enjoy their honey whipped because this version is smooth, spreadable, and possesses a texture that is not too thick. Pontus, Bjorn's beekeeper, was able to set the crystal size using an original starter honey from Sweden!

Raw Whipped Honey is great for cheese plates, glazing fruits, as a topping for toast or by the spoonful. Its light color and bright flavor make it a perfect condiment for the breakfast table.
