A new mama just spent the last 9+ months growing her baby, drawing from her own body’s mineral stores. She is now healing from birth and likely feeding her baby from her breast. A warm nourishing meal is the BEST postpartum gift. Drop food off at the door and shoot dad a text that its there. You don’t want to wake mom and baby if they are resting. And don't be expecting an invite in. This is a special bonding time for the family.

Some women prefer cropped shirt they can quickly lift up, some like low cup shirts they can pull down, and some like piece that have been designed for breastfeeding that have zippers near the breast.

A must for staying hydrated while breastfeeding! Seriously, a must!
